We accept returns at any time within 28 days, beginning on the day you receive the goods. In the case of faulty goods, we can either send out a brand new item as a replacement or offer a full refund including the postage costs. Our free local delivery service covers the following postcodes and is applicable to orders of £10.00 and over: TS1 – TS8; TS15 – TS20 and TS22 – TS23. We aim to deliver these orders within 3 working days of your order date however please allow longer at busier periods of the year.
